Upstairs, two of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each and one bedroom has a TV; the fifth bedroom has two singles with a trundle underneath, and TV. There are two bathrooms on this level.Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats six, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating as well as a picnic table in the carport. The community dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This house is conveniently located a short walk from both the Seabrook Drive beach access as well as the Seabrook Drive community pool.This property has keyless entry. There is a golf cart outlet under the house. Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
