STARBOARD BY THE SEA - 266 West Second Street Unit 3C - BEACH THERAPY - This lovely top floor condo has been totally renovated and features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on one level. The master features a king bed with TV and attached en suite. The second bedroom features one queen and one double. The third bedroom has a bunk twin over full. The dining table seats six. The living room has a 50 inch smart TV.Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, with private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, wet bar, blender, and iron. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This condo is 1/10th of a mile from the Beaufort Street beach access or to the private beach access.The golf cart outlet is at the parking bay for C-3. Owner has private keyless entry. You will be notified as soon as the property is ready, and keyless entry code will be given at that time.*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.* ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
