THE WHITE HOUSE - 65 Wilmington Street - This house on the natural canal features four bedrooms and four baths, on one level. Three of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each, and one has two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms have private baths, and TVs. There is a large harvest table in the dining room, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include boat dock, open, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, and Wi-Fi. This property has three Smart TVs for streaming with guest's own accounts. A canal side porch will invite you to relax while watching the boats go by.

This property has an owner-provided keyless entry lock. You will be given the code on arrival day, as soon as the house is ready.

The golf cart outlet is on the upper deck.

The beach access for this property is on Concord Street, one block over from Wilmington Street.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
