Villa L'Atelier, also known as YNF LAT, is a 3-bedroom house in Paris, located a short walk from the Metro, the lively Montparnasse with its numerous restaurants and bars, and Les Jardins du Luxembourg, the second largest park in Paris. The park was created in 1612 by the royal command of Marie de Medici, the widow of Henri IV of France.
This striking house was once the studio of painter Amedeo Modigliani. Given its artistic heritage, the house boasts wonderfully large windows looking out to the courtyard garden, which is full of flowering plants and shrubs. The refurbished property is decorated with white walls, which creates a very airy and spacious interior.
The entrance is accessed through the garden. The large, open-plan living room features a fireplace and a dining area with a table, which seats up to 12 guests. Down a few steps is the modern, well-equipped kitchen. The cellar houses a home cinema and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
Located upstairs is the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. These 2 bedrooms are ideal for children with a single bed in each room.
A study area with Internet service compliments the house. Villa YNF LAT also comes with an elevator and satellite TV. This rental requires a minimum stay of 5 nights and a security deposit of €2,000.
Villa L'Atelier, or YNF LAT, has house cleaning services available during the week.
