Surrounded by a beautiful forest and expansive mountain meadows, Pinewoods Resort is located in the heart of Southern Utah's spectacular "Color Country." Utah's "Color Country" includes Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brian Head Ski Resort, and Dixie National Forest. A truly unique year round mountain retreat, Pinewoods provides you, your group or your family with not only the opportunity to "get away from it all," but also the opportunity to "get into it all."
You can relax and enjoy the peace and solitude of our inner forest setting by "getting into" one of our comfortable and spacious Southern Utah lodging facilities that exude the rustic charm of the mountain as they nestle among the pines. Then, you may choose to "get into" a world of exciting activities, experiences, and adventures that abound in Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park, a land of tremendous diversity and beauty.
While providing an abundance of outdoor recreational opportunities at the resort itself and nearby, Pinewoods also serves as a hub from which you can visit some of the most exquisite scenic and geological sites in the world along with a plethora of additional recreational and historical places in Southern Utah.
Set near majestic Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park in beautiful Southern Utah, Pinewoods Resort offers a wide variety of charming, comfortable accommodations ranging from small to large suites to an entire five bedroom "Mountain Home."
The picturesque rustic Lodge has six spacious suites with two bedrooms, a living room with a queen-size sofa bed and wood burning stove, a fully furnished kitchen and full bath. The Lodge is perfect for couples, families and small groups up to six people. The main floor of the Lodge provides a charming meeting room, a recreation room, and a hot tub.
A true "Mountain Home", this large, rustic, three-story dwelling has five picturesque bedrooms with private bathrooms that can be rented separately or the entire house can be rented as a single unit for families or groups of any kind. The "Early American" parlor is a common area with television and video for all guests, while the kitchen and dining rooms are available for use when rented to a single group.
Built in the picturesque log style, all eight non-smoking suites offer a king size bed in the loft and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, a wood burning stove, a bath and fully equipped kitchenette on the main floor. A covered walkway connects the broad porches of the two rustic log buildings that house these suites.
New at Pinewoods Resort is the spacious Family Suite, which has its own deck, a large family room with sofa sleeper, a lovely full kitchen and dining room, plus four bedrooms and two and a half baths. A beautiful gas fireplace not only heats the large living-dining room but adds a soothing atmosphere to the entire place. The Family Suite sleeps up to ten people.
The restaurant exudes the charm of a cozy Country Inn, with wood burning stoves, antiques and exposed wooden beams all contributing to a warm ambience that invites you to come again and again while the excellent service and soul satisfying cuisine makes for a delightful dining experience for one person or groups. The lobby of the restaurant also serves as the resort office and gift shop.
The Rams Horn Lounge is across the lobby from the dining room in the restaurant is a "Private Club" where guests may have alcoholic beverages with their food, watch television, visit with friends or just enjoy the fire and relaxed atmosphere. Memberships are extremely reasonable ($12 a year), and short-term memberships are always available along with guest arrangements.
Pinewoods Resort is a great place for families truly to spend time to talk, work, and play together away from the demands of every day life and restore their sense of closeness and belonging. At the same time, with our single or multiple bedroom suites, Pinewoods permits families to choose how much togetherness they may want with their own family or each others' families.
In addition to our ability to accommodate large Utah family reunion lodging facilities, Pinewoods offers guests a variety of recreational activities they can enjoy that include a diversity of in-door and outdoor sports, games and play areas that provide something that appeals to all ages. The picnic areas, tables and grills along with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows or group sing-a -longs, can be great fun for either a small or a large group, (there is no charge for guests using any of these facilities).
Educational and Business Retreats are popular at our resort. In our world of incredible technological and social change, there is a growing need and demand for workshops, seminars, and business retreats to help cope with the increasingly complex demands essential to economic, social and individual survival. The primary challenge in maximizing the value of such experiences is not only the competence of the leader but in providing an environment that enhances the learning experience whether intellectual or experiential. It is in this context that Pinewoods Resort provides a unique niche for such meetings in several different ways.
The beauty and solitude of its inner forest setting tends to promote a more relaxed and peaceful atmosphere and subsequent promotes the ability to focus more effectively on the experience at hand.

Accomodations
The charming meeting room in the Pinewoods Lodge can accommodate up to 40 people at conference tables and up to 60 people theater style. Break out rooms for smaller group discussions are available in nearby locations.
Audio-Visual equipment is available for use by instructors.

Rates for Lodge Suites:
Six units, Sleeps up to 6 in beds.
$95 per night plus tax for one or two persons.
$10.00 per night for each additional person per night.
Reservations for seven nights or more will receive the seventh night free. Children 7 and under stay free.
Rates for Mountain Home:
Sleeps 12 in beds, up to 8 more on the floor.
$350.00 per night for entire Mountain Home (5 rooms and use of kitchen and dining).
Rates for Family Suite:
Sleeps 10 in beds
$300.00 per night, four bed rooms and 2 ½ baths.
Winter Rate: $250.00 per night plus tax.
Rates for Inn Suites:
$90.00 per night plus tax for one or two persons.
$10 per night for each additional person per night.
Six units, sleep up to 4.
Children 7 and under stay free.
Inn Suite #18 - $95.00 per night plus tax for one to two persons, $10 for each additional person per night, sleeps up to 6.
Inn Suite #15 - $115.00 for one to two persons, $10 for each additional person, sleeps up to 8.

Holiday Times $10.00 per night.
NO Pets are allowed except in specific suites for $5.00 per night per night per pet and require a $25.00 deposit, which may be partially or fully refunded following an inspection of the suite for excessive wear or necessary cleaning. Please notify us if you are bringing a pet at the time you make your reservation.
