Private au pair suite/pool house with full bath, kitchenette (inc. sink, full size refrigerator and microwave), TV, double futon and private entrance.
Additional parking is available in the driveway and on the street
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
The unit features 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths.
The master bedroom and one additional bedroom feature queen size beds.
Three bedrooms features twin beds.
The master bath has a private bathroom with oversize stall shower.
The second bathroom located in the hall features a full tub and shower.
The third bathroom is on the 3rd floor with the 4th bedroom and loft area
Loft on 3rd floor features a double futon and desk/reading area
All beds include mattress pads, pillows and bedspreads
No towels or bed linens are provided
Kitchen:
Gourmet kitchen with island/breakfast bar features granite counters, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven) and tile floors.
Glassware, china, silverware, pots/pans and other cooking utensils are provided.

The spacious living room features hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings with skylights
The dining room easily sits 8-10 persons and the island can accommodate 4 additional persons.
The spacious living room and dining room open onto the front patio with ocean views.
Entertainment:
Large color television, cable, DVD and VCR in the living room.

Various magazines, book, board games, cards and puzzles are available.

The private fully fenced in back yard features a large patio area with table and chairs and access to the au pair suite. The au pair suite can be used as a pool house or as a kitchen for meals on the patio.
A private gas barbeque is adjacent to the patio.

For safety, the pool is fenced separately from the rest of the back yard.

Diamond Beach offers quick and easy access to all that the Jersey shore has to offer without having to endure crowds, less than perfect accommodations and limited parking. Historic Cape May is just a 5 minute drive or an easy bike ride to our south. A few miles to the north is the legendary Wildwood boardwalk and fantastic shopping in Stone Harbor. World-class gambling in Atlantic City is less than an hour away.
Diamond Beach and the surrounding communities of Cape May, Wildwood Crest, Wildwood, North Wildwood (all within a short walk or drive), Stone Harbor and Avalon (a 10-20 min drive) boast great casual and fine restaurants, beaches, waterparks and much more!!!
Area attractions include: Guided tours of historic Cape May Cape May’s colorful Victorian homes and B&Bs dating back to the 1800s
Cape May lighthouse (199 steps to the top of the historic lighthouse in Cape May Point State Park)
