Beachfront Property at Mohawk Point in Long Beach, Ontario Area - Located approximatly 35 miles west of the Peace Bridge (Buffalo, New York - Fort Erie / Ontario Border)
Beautiful Two Bedroom Lakefront cottage with two acres of surrounding property amongst a canopy of old trees overlooking 200 feet of beach on the North Shore of Lake Erie. The cottage is situated on a 30
foot hill above Lake Erie with a private access stairway to the beach and wonderful views of the lake enhanced by the large picture windows and French doors.
The constant sound of the waves breaking on the beach and the quiet and private surroundings enhance rest and relaxation. The beach is a mixture of gravel and sand. Swimmers will find easy and gradual access to the lake with a sandy bottom just a few feet from the shoreline.
The cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps four people maximum.
One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds.
There is one full bathroom equipped with a shower.
The cottage is rented on a weekly basis with check in after 4:00 pm on Saturday
and check out by 10:00 am the following Saturday.
