Our incredible 3-level Cascades townhome (approximately 3900 sq. ft.) is located at Moose Hollow, a new development at Wolf Creek Golf Course situated on the East Mountains overlooking the Ogden Valley. If you are an outdoor enthusiast who likes a range of activities year-round without the crowds, and if you are also someone who enjoys being surrounded by quality and luxury when back indoors, our entire town home, or part of it, is for you! We are just minutes away from 3 ski resorts - Powder Mountain, Wolf Mountain and Snow Basin (home of the 2002 Winter Olympics Downhill and Super G events). Pineview Lake is within 5 miles and offers boating, fishing and other summer fun as well as the many nearby canyons with hiking and biking trails. Come escape, as we do, to the enjoyment, beauty, and unique ambiance our town home and Ogden Valley have to offer. In addition to all the outdoor enjoyment, you'll be embraced inside by gorgeous finishes in all materials - hardwoods and knotty alder throughout, from the fabulous fabrics to the tiles and travertine. Our town home consists of 3 rental areas exquisitely decorated using 3 levels. There is a one-bedroom, a two-bedroom, and a three-bed area. Each of the 3 areas can be rented and locked off separately, combined, or rented all together depending on your needs. All together there are 2 deluxe king suites, 1 queen suite, 1 queen loft suite, 2 sofa sleepers, 2 deluxe queen airbeds and 2 twin airbeds for a total of 10 beds plus many extra pillows and blankets. We also have a 2 car garage, 2 kitchens, 5.5 bathrooms, 6 TV's, wireless internet access, 4 fireplaces, a game room and much, much, more! Also, we now have a private 7-person Caldera Hot Tub off the Rustic Lodge level. The layout follows:
MAIN FLOOR
***Getaway Suite Area*** (The one bedroom area, plus twin airbed) Perfect for a party of two!
King size rustic iron grapevine bed, ceiling fan, gas fireplace with remote, 24" flat screen TV with VCR, DVD and satellite, pub table, chairs and games; coffeemaker, microwave that also bakes, grills and toasts and mini-fridge; luxurious fully tiled bathroom suite with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, double vanity, hair dryer, electronic digital safe, iron. One twin airbed is in this area also.
***Old World Area*** (The two bedroom area plus 1 queen and 1 twin airbed) Access to the garage is from this area
- Living Room - Two story vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace the entire height of the two stories; 27" flat screen TV, VCR, DVD and satellite.
- Kitchen - Table dining for six with room to spare and the island seats three, full kitchen with double oven; deck with seating overlooking fairway #2 of Wolf Creek Golf Course, waterfall, stream and incredible mountain views!

- Loft Bedroom - Custom Queen Canopy Bed and sitting area, private tub/shower bathroom

- Master Bedroom Suite - Custom king size solid walnut bed with custom bedding, ceiling fan, 36" flat screen TV with VCR, DVD and satellite; reading area, view from window overlooking hole #2 of Wolf Creek Golf Course, waterfall, stream and surrounding area; luxurious fully tiled bathroom suite with separate double head shower and JacuzziŽ tub, two vanities, hair dryer, electronic digital safe. One twin airbed works well in this suite also.
LOWER LEVEL
***Rustic Lodge Area*** (The three-bed area: 1 bedroom, 2 sofa sleepers, plus 1 queen airbed) Stream side on the lower level
- Family Room - 55" Big Screen HD TV with VCR, DVD and satellite. Queen sofa sleeper, hall bath with tub/shower; walk out to patio with stream and waterfall, folding table and chairs under stairs available for patio dining. Gas grill on patio for outdoor barbequing. Brand new 7 person Caldera Hot Tub!!
- Rustic Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen which features two 44" by 62" tables each capable of seating 8 or slide together for banquet style dining or business meetings; bar island, electric fireplace, custom rustic china hutch.
- Game Room - Pool table, game table and many games, air hockey, foosball, darts; sofa sleeper, clothing armoire and 32" flat screen TV with VCR and DVD.
- Bedroom - Custom hand carved queen log bed, gas fireplace with remote, reading area, view of stream from window; 24" flat screen TV with VCR, DVD and satellite; electronic digital safe, iron; fully tiled shower bathroom, hair dryer.

50% down required at booking to confirm reservation - refundable (less $100.00 admin. fee) if cancelled 90+ days before arrival or if we are able to fill reservation within the 90 days. Balance due 45 days before arrival.
Copies of credit card and driver's license required for refundable security/damage deposit.
10.7% room tax and $150.00 cleaning fee apply.
