A beautiful privately owned three-level townhouse that is just across the street from The Canyons Ski Area. It has a fantastic view of the mountains and is conveniently located just 2 . 5 miles from the main street of Park City, only minutes to the Park City Mountain Resort.
The townhouse has a 2 car garage with split dry firewood stacked and ready to go. You come into the slate entry way and immediately to your right is the 'mud room' with washer / dryer and a terrific boot drying system for you ski boots.
The living room has a wet bar, large screen TV / VCR, wood burning fireplace.
The Lower level has two private bedrooms with king size beds, a family room with wet bar, wood burning fireplace, cable TV / VCR, and a private full bath / shower.
The Master bedroom has a king bed, wood burning fireplace, cable TV, a deep jetted bath tub, a steam shower, a large double sink vanity, and is fully carpeted throughout .
The remaining two bedrooms have a King bed and a Queen bed. They share a full bathroom with a tub and shower. There is also a loft that has a bunk bed and a fold up bed for the 'young at heart'.
The kitchen has all the amenities, including microwave, espresso maker, wok, toaster oven, automatic dishwasher, two sinks, ice maker in a double door refrigerator / freezer, and a cupboard full of spices. There are two dining areas adjacent to the kitchen will entertain up to 10 people comfortably. Off the dining area, the siding glass door takes you to the outside cedar deck that has a large 8 person private hot tub for those relaxing times. This beautiful ski townhouse has all the amenities!
