SECURITY DEPOSIT: All rentals require a security deposit. The minimum security deposit is $ 500.00 but may be made higher due to special circumstances. The security deposit must be paid together with the payment of the remaining 50% 30 days before arrival
Other Fees
All reservations are subject to a $75.00 housekeeping charge for departure cleaning. This charge is itemized in your statement. The bed linen and bath towels are provided.For weekly guests, daily housekeeping services can be provided for an extra charge.
Cancellation Policy
Fifty percent (50%)of your deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival for any reason
