Property Information
This beautiful estate has been in the family for many years. It is an ideal get-away from today's buzz and the property will immediately relax you in its old world charm. The home is a cross between a bright and airy summer cottage and a light-hearted mountain lodge. You'll be delighted by the colorful fabrics and decor that stands out against the white-washed walls. Throughout the home are whimsical paintings of bears, rabbits and watermelons, original works from a well known local artist. This Lakefront Estate has a casual elegance you can't help but enjoy. There are four houses that make up this estate. The first is the Master House which includes a living room with fireplace and generous views of Lake Tahoe. The master bedroom has a king bed and also has a fireplace, a private patio, dressing area and full bath. In the master house there is a wet bar, powder room and upstairs is a hidden queen bed suite. The second or middle house, on the lower has two bedroom suites, with 2 twin beds each. Up stairs is king suite with exceptional lake views. The third house is the Main House, which has a lovely dining room facing the lake with fireplace and large doors that can be opened up in good weather. Through the dining room is a casual but professional chef's kitchen, including a breakfast table that seats six. From there, you can go up stairs to a nice suite with a King bed. Down the hall from the kitchen are two more bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twins. There are two more baths in that hall as well. At the hall's end, you will come to the second living room, large enough for the entire group to enjoy. The high ceilings and light walls makes the room feel larger than life. You can sit in front of the oversized wood-burning fireplace or at the second set of couches. A table for 6 is also available for your fireside munchies or a game of Hearts. For extra large groups, there are three bedrooms and one bath over the caretaker's quarters. One room has a king, two rooms have two twins, "The Apartment".

*Unfortunately, due to insurance limitations, we are unable to provide watercraft of any kind.
*Thanksgiving is the same rate as winter daily rates.
Minimum night stays vary, please inquire.
Cleaning Fee: $500
Tax: 10%

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM. If the house is not booked directly before, or directly after your stay, the check-in and check out times are sometimes flexible. Please call our office for details.
