Charming 3 bedroom Pool House in Union Pier. This cottage is positioned on a very large wooded lot, conveniently located near town and the beach. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, large master bedroom located upstairs. The living room, dining room and kitchen are nice and open, with easy access to the decks and screened porch. Pine wood floors and wood burning fireplaces round out the interior features, while the large yard and huge in-ground pool are key exterior amenities. 3 Blocks to the beach in Union Pier.

Check in is 4PM EST; check out is 10AM EST during the summer. Off-Season varies. Please call a few days prior to your arrival to make arrangements to pick up keys.
