Property Information
This cottage is in a great location on a quiet lane near the beach. Everyone will enjoy this very open and airy three bedroom cottage, with a great floor plan and all the amenities. On the main floor you will find two bedrooms, one bath, and the very open living room, kitchen and dining room combination. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and most other areas have beautiful bamboo flooring. The third bedroom is on the lower level, and has the two double beds. Other amenities include internet access, a gas fireplace, sunroom, and an outdoor shower. About a half a block to the beach, in New Buffalo
Additional Rate Information
Deposit 50%, *3-night minimum on Holiday billed at weekend rates. Check in is 4PM EST; check out is 10AM EST during the summer. Off-Season varies. Please call a few days prior to your arrival to make arrangements to pick up keys. We will make special arrangements for late arrivals. Remember we are one hour ahead of Chicago Time, So please plan accordingly.

TAKE EXIT 6 OFF I-94. HEAD WEST (TOWARD THE LAKE) CONTINUE FORWARD, CROSSING RED ARROW HIGHWAY (AT THE LIGHT). CONTINUE A BLOCK OR TWO, TURNING LEFT ON LAKE SHORE ROAD. CONTINUE FORWARD 3-4 BLOCKS TO THE ENTRANCE OF “LAKE SHORE COTTAGES” ON YOUR LEFT AT 9905 LAKE SHORE ROAD.
