Property Information
Brass Rail,a new Luxury Beach Condominium, is a gated community with underground parking and a private elevator, second floor unit. Great ocean view from private balcony that is also accessible from the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms overlook the courtyard and spacious pool area that includes a hot tub, picnic area, and lots of sun bathing lounge chairs provided for your convenience.
Our condo is beautifully decorated and conveniently located. Just a short walk to the beach, pier, pavilion, shopping and restaurants….and approx. 50 yards to the ocean, and is located on Tybee’s South end.
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and the “kids” room has TV with DVD. All beds have luxury mattresses, with wonderful bed linens and down comforters or hand made quilts to insure a restful night. Rooms are furnished in tasteful traditional style.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and fully equipped for any kind of cooking you might choose to do.
The living/dining area is spacious,having lots room to relax and enjoy your island time. There is a TV and DVD and comfortable seating, including two recliners, to sit back and put your feet up. The floors are bamboo hardwood with Persian rugs scattered through out. Lush carpet in all bedrooms.
The master bedroom has its own sitting area, and “his and her” vanities in the in the master bathroom, with a jetted tub and separate enclosed glass shower.
Extra sleeping on the sleep sofa, allows plenty of room for additional guests.
Historic Savannah is just a 20 minute drive. There is much to do and see, so come on down and enjoy our beach! Island time begins upon crossing the last bridge!
Amenities: Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room and also on the balcony. TV, Cable, DVD, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils, and Small Appliances provided, as well as Portable Crib, High Chair, Linens, Washer, Dryer, Jetted Tub in master bath, Shared Pool, Jacuzzi, and covered parking. Beach towels available.
We know you will find the accommodations more than you expected, and hope you will accept our invitation to come for a visit to our home. You won’t be sorry.
Our condo is family friendly, but please, NO SMOKING, and NO PETS ALLOWED.
