Our philosophy is simple... we offer a beautiful house at a reasonable rate, and our guests come back again and again.
Season/Friday - Sunday / Monday- Thursday
Spring (Apr 14 - June 12)/ $240 per night /$200 per night
Summer (June 15 - Sep 6)/ $280 per night /$230 per night
Fall (Sep 7 - Nov 18) /$240 per night/ $200 per night
Ski Season (Nov 19 - Apr 13)/ $350 per night /$280 per night
Cleaning fee is $80 for your stay.
City's TOT tax of 6% will be added to rental amount.
Spring Special: Pay for 2 nights and get 1 night FREE (excludes holidays).
Full-week stay: 20% Discount for full-week stay (excludes holidays).
Christmas: (12/17/2007 - 12/26/2007): $520 per night.
New Years: (12/27/2007 - 1/1/2008): $590 per night.
Other holidays: Weekend rate plus a $50 per night premium applies.
There is a $35 booking fee on all of our cabins.

Light, Light and more Light. With large windows everywhere, this beautifully-decorated Modern "Real" Log Cabin creates a bright and cheery setting. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is on the edge of the Golf Course and close to Bear Mountain. You will get the real mountain feeling with the large "River Rock" wood-burning and natural gas fireplace. The kitchen is super-modern and the living room is open and airy. It is fully furnished with the conveniences of a microwave, gas stove/oven, cable TV, VCR, DVD, washer/dryer, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, sheets, towels, and phone.
Hot Tub on a Private Deck - The hot tub gives total privacy and a view of the Golf Course and surrounding mountains. After a day of physical activity, relax and let the bubbles get you ready for a sound night's sleep. In addition, you will enjoy the large propane Barbeque on the oversized wrap-around deck.
3 Comfortable Bedrooms +Loft and 2 Bathrooms
The largest bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a queen-size beds. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the loft... which also gives a fantastic view of the mountains and golf course. You can comfortably sleep 8.
Luxury Log Home - This house has many beautiful custom features, including "real" logs everywhere. Pamper yourself and your friends.

The lake is stocked with trout and bass during the year, providing exceptional fishing during the spring, summer, and fall months. All types of boat rentals are available ranging from catamarans to canopy boats to jet skis.
During the winter, Big Bear Lake is home to the absolute best skiing in Southern California. Ski areas such as Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, and Snow Valley, all within close proximity, provide a tremendous variety of challenges to skiers of all skill levels. Bear Mountain is 2 minutes from your doorstep.
