Our philosophy is simple... we offer a clean, beautiful cabin at a reasonable rate, and our guests come back again and again.
Season Friday - Sunday Monday - Thursday
Spring (Apr 14 - June 12) $210 per night $150 per night
Summer (June 15 - Sep 6) $240 per night $190 per night
Fall (Sep 7 - Nov 18) $210 per night $150 per night
Ski Season (Nov 19 - Apr 13) $280 per night $200 per night
Cleaning fee is $80 for your stay.
City's TOT tax of 6% will be added to rental amount.
Spring Special: Pay for 2 nights and get 1 night FREE (excludes holidays).
Full-week stay: 20% Discount for full-week stay (excludes holidays).
Christmas: (12/17/2007 - 12/26/2007): $440 per night.
New Years: (12/27/2007 - 1/1/2008): $490 per night.
Other holidays: Weekend rate plus a $50 per night premium applies.
There is a $35 booking fee on all of our cabins.

This classic Mountain Cabin is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood that is 2 minutes from the Bear Mountain ski lodge and a short walk from the US National Forest. It has a beautiful rock fireplace and lots of wooden beams to give you the "real cabin experience". It is fully furnished with the conveniences of a microwave, gas stove/oven, washer & dryer, cable TV, VCR, DVD, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, sheets, towels, phone for local calls, and firewood for the first night.
The first bedroom has a king-size bed with a down comforter. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The loft has a comfortable queen-size futon bed.
WIFI High Speed Wireless Internet access - Stay in touch with the world while enjoying the seclusion of Big Bear. Bring your laptop or just use the PC in the cabin.
Parking - There is room for two vehicles in the driveway. Deck in the Shade - There is a secluded redwood deck that offers privacy in the shade of huge oak and pine trees. You can enjoy a barbeque or just relax with a good book. Wood Everywhere With wood on the walls, and wood on the ceiling and wooden beams, you get the feel of a "real mountain cabin". You can't help but feel "peaceful" here.

Nestled in the beautiful community of Big Bear City, this house is ideally located for year-round outdoor activities, such as skiing, water skiing, hiking, mountain biking, boating, fishing, off-roading, horseback riding, and shopping.
Only a short drive from the largest lake in Southern California, there is convenient access to a myriad of water sports. The lake is stocked with trout and bass during the year, providing exceptional fishing during the spring, summer, and fall months. All types of boat rentals are available ranging from catamarans to canopy boats to jet skis.
During the winter, Big Bear Lake is home to the absolute best skiing in Southern California. Ski areas such as Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, and Snow Valley, all within close proximity, provide a tremendous variety of challenges to skiers of all skill levels. Bear Mountain is 2 minutes from your doorstep.
And any time of the year is a good time for the unique shopping experience of Big Bear. The Village is a short drive from your vacation home.
