Our philosophy is simple... we offer a beautiful house at a reasonable rate, and our guests come back again and again.
Season Friday - Sunday Monday - Thursday
Spring (Apr 14 - June 12) $270 per night $200 per night
Summer (June 15 - Sep 6) $300 per night $240 per night
Fall (Sep 7 - Nov 18) $270 per night $210 per night
Ski Season (Nov 19 - Apr 13) $410 per night $340 per night
Cleaning fee is $95 for your stay.
City's TOT tax of 6% will be added to rental amount.
Spring Special: Pay for 2 nights and get 1 night FREE (excludes holidays).
Full-week stay: 20% Discount for full-week stay (excludes holidays).
Christmas: (12/17/2007 - 12/26/2007): $630 per night.
New Years: (12/27/2007 - 1/1/2008): $690 per night.
Other holidays: Weekend rate plus a $50 per night premium applies.
There is a $35 booking fee on all of our cabins.

Beatifully Decorated Two Level Mountain Home. These owners have thought of everything. You will enjoy a full "mountain feeling" in this beatifully decorated country mountain home. The fully equipped galley style kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for 6, and it is fully furnished with the conveniences of a microwave, gas stove/oven, icemaker, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, complete cooking utensils, dishes and silverware. and more. The formal dining room provides additional seating for 6. Relax in upstairs living area high beam ceilings, cable TV with VCR, stereo system, lots of seating and a gorgeous rock fireplace. Or you can enjoy the downstairs living area where you can enjoy a 36" cable TV with DVD/VCR. Or you can enjoy a game of foosball or relax in the library area which has hundreds of magazines, books and videos. Also includes washer and dryer.
4 Comfortable Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Enjoy the open beamed ceiling in the master bedroom upstairs which is furnished with king size bed with electric heated "restwarmers." The second upstairs bedroom has an open beamed ceiling and is furnished with a queen size bed. The third bedroom downstairs is furhished with a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom has bunkbeds, a minidesk, a large closet and an extra fold-away bed. Each living area has a queen size sleeper sofa. There is comfortable sleeping for 12 people in 6 distinct "sleeping areas."
Nature Lovers Paradise. You will really enjoy the huge private deck overlooking the large backyard with lots of sqirrels and birds. The fully fenced sloing backyard is great for children and pets. Everyone will enjoy the wonderful sledding in the winter.
Large Indoor Spa. You will really appreciate the large new hot tub in the private indoor spa room on those cold winter nights!
