Waterwheel Retreat is centrally located to many of the area attractions. Located on a private setting with minimal traffic on a paved service road one mile from Sturgis it offers easy access to I-90. The adjacent water wheel, pond and cedar bridge offer a picturesque setting for this beautiful log home.
Newly constructed in 2005 this non-smoking home offers a spacious retreat for our guests with a/c and red oak hardwood flooring throughout. High Speed Internet will be available Sept. 2005.
A 3-bedroom home with handicap accessibility to the main floor the rooms are spacious and attractively decorated. The main floor features a great room with living, dining, and kitchen and a wood burning fireplace faced in stone. The ktichen is fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, and offers extra amenities of coffee, tea, sugar, etc.--even pancake mix.
Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a bathroom on each level . Adjoing the main floor bathroom is a whirlpool room complete with a corner jacuzzi and an electric fireplace. All bathrooms are supplied with soap, towels, and hair dryers.
The large loft in this log home is complete with a queen sized hide-a-bed sofa. Enjoy your favorite TV program, read a book, play a table game or enjoy a game of poker, chess or checkers on teh convertible game table in our lot "family" room.
Relax and enjoy the view of the scenic Black Hills from covered porches on both upper and main level of our home.
The house sleeps 8 in existing beds with extra inflatable air beds available. Plenty of room for sleeping bags for the kids.
