Modern, spacious, 400 sq. meters (4300 sq ft.) home sitting on a 1,600 sq. meters (17200 sq ft.) lot in quiet area of south Jacó beach with 25 meters (82 feet) of unobstructed beach frontage. 5 minute drive to downtown.
Fully air conditioned and airy interiors make it very fresh. Enjoy the sunset from the hammock on the balcony or by the pool. Surf, have a barbecue and gaze at the stars. Wireless high speed internet connection and stereo with an ipod docking station. This is your perfect beach house.
Designed with Feng Shui in mind, the ceilings are high, giving this house a sense of well-being. The kitchen and living area remain cool thanks to the windows' orientation.
The air conditioned bedrooms are on the second floor. The Master bedroom boasts a King bed and private bathroom. A screened sliding glass door leads out to a balcony with a hammock overlooking the pool and beach. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and also has access to the balcony. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and a half bathroom. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom across the hallway.
The fourth and fifth guestrooms (Double bed and Double+Twin beds) are located in a adjacent building within the property and are accessed by a staircase just off the main house front entrance. They each have a private bathroom.
The beautiful pool with trickling wall fountain and red palms invite you to do nothing but relax by them, while listening to the refreshing roar of the ocean.
If you want to venture out, the town is only five minutes away and some great little Tico restaurants are around the corner.
There is ample parking space and an automatic main gate.
Prices quoted are for the entire property and only for families, couples and mixed gender groups.
Smaller groups (up to 6 or 8 people) are also welcome for a reduced rate. The fourth and fifth guestrooms can be locked off (not applicable for Christmas/New Year).

Try hiking, taking canopy tours, bird watching, or turtle watching through the parks. Experience zip-lining, which is zipping across the top of the jungle canopy on flying foxes. If it's too high for you, horse back riding is available practically everywhere. Activities aren't just found in the tropical forests, but also on the grand beaches.
Hermosa Beach on the Pacific Coast allegedly has some of the best surfing in Central America . If surfing in the waves is too much to handle, try windsurfing, snorkeling, diving, deep-sea fishing, kayaking, white-water rafting, or old-fashioned swimming.
Manuel Antonio National Park is Costa Rica 's most famous national park and most frequently visited. It encompasses a small, forested area, where many monkeys - especially the squirrel monkey - and raccoons inhabit. Three exquisitely, beautiful beaches fringed with coconut palms - promoting a tropical paradise - reside at this notable park.
The Central Pacific’s climate is divided into two: a dry season running from late-December to mid-April is the most pleasant with temperatures averaged around 81 degrees, and the beaches drenched in sunshine with the bright sun shining 11-12 hours a day. The “green” or rainy season is characterized mostly by sunny mornings and early afternoon showers.
