Casa Contenta is a peaceful two-story villa with spectacular views of the ocean, located in the prestigious area of Conchas
Chinas. It is beautifully appointed with a just-completed remodel. Everything brand new! Enjoy unobstructed breathtaking famous Vallarta sunsets of the bay from more than 7000 square feet of elegance and platinum-class amenities. This is ideal for celebrations, honeymoons, family and friends
enjoying each other.
Each of the four totally private, individually-controlled, air-
conditioned master suites has its own private bath. Two of the
suites have an additional sitting area while the other two have
showers that look directly out onto the ocean. There is a large
library for relaxed reading or gazing at the sea, possibly
catching a glimpse of a whale. At Casa Contenta the ocean can
be viewed from every room. Enjoy the muted sounds of an
indoor wall fountain softly illuminated after dark that will put you
into the serenity and contentment you seek here.
A Truly Classic Magnificent Home. Close to everything yet
incredibly quiet. The beach, shopping and restaurants are a
few minutes away. Relax on your private terrace in the sun; sit
at your own bar with a margarita or your favorite wine or lounge
in your own private heated infinity pool watching a sunset
blending seamlessly with the ocean beyond.
The owners, Dianne and John, have created a piece of heaven
at Casa Contenta by paying attention to every detail for your
enjoyment. Want to create your own special ambiance? Bring
your iPod and dock or your favorite CDs. Our stereo system has
Bose speakers on the terrace for that perfect musical backdrop
and be ready for the time of your life.
Additional Rate Information
We regret-No Smoking, No Pets, No Children under 10 years old for safety reasons.
One half down to hold the reservation. Balance plus Security Deposit due
60 days before arrival date. Full refund 90 days before arrival; 1/2 refund
60 before arrival. Forfeit deposit less than 45 days. Holiday Season deposit
non-refundable.
SECURITY DEPOSIT of $800 is required with all final payments, to be returned, when appropriate, within 4 weeks of your
departure.
