Located in Gulf Shores Alabama is our beautiful 6 bedroom 6 bathroom vacation home which sleeps up to 16 comfortably. "Sunrise" can be combined with its duplex neighbor "Sunset" to form a 12 bedroom, 12 bathroom vacation home perfect for large family reunions and weddings. There is nothing else like it in all of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach! Located on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico and equipped with a private pool,Sunrise is equipped to accommodate family and friends during your getaway.
Situated close to downtown, our vacation rentals, Sunrise and Sunset, are minutes from fine dining, shopping retreats, spas, golf courses, and entertainment venues. Television, Cable, and High speed internet access are located in every bedroom.
Come stay in this wonderful, six-bedroom, six-bath, gulf-front duplex with friends and family in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama. This spectacular property comes magnificently furnished and well-equipped. Wake up each morning to the sunrise over the gulf and enjoy your coffee and newspaper on one of our three covered porches overlooking the gulf. Take a dip in your own private pool located just steps away from the surf. At the end of your fun-filled day, relax and enjoy a bottle of wine as the sun sets just outside your front door. "Sunrise" can be rented with its neighbor "Sunset" to form a 12-bedroom, 12-bath, beach house perfect for a large, family reunion. There is no other property in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area like this.
You will feel right at home with seven televisions with remote control (one in each bedroom),high-speed internet access, pool toys, board games, and movie videos available for your use. Sunrise has two master suites. One master suite occupies the entire third floor and has a garden tub with a separate shower. Both masters have king-size beds and both enjoy a private balcony overlooking the gulf. In addition, there is a balcony off of the living room. One bedroom, designated as the children's room, has two bunks (double-size beds on the bottom w/ a single bed on the top). There are a total of three king-size beds, two queen-size beds, two double beds, two twin beds, and a full sleeper sofa. There is also a large laundry room with a washer and dryer. Covered parking is available, and a charcoal grill is located under the house by the pool.
RELAX ON THE BEACH: My goal is simple....to under-promise and to over-deliver on all of my beach rental properties. I want to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. YOUR INVESTMENT: Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $45 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $75. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap. For your convenience, I can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
