Sunshine: This great beach house in the upscale Morgantown beach community on the Fort Morgan Peninsula is comfortable, nicely decorated, and just across the lane from the beach boardwalk. You will enjoy strict architectural controls, buried utilities, beautiful landscaping, 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, and a gorgeous, pet-friendly beach...exclusive to the community. Be prepared to relax!!
Of Sunshine's 5 bedrooms, 3 have king beds, two have 2 twin beds, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The home features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, six new TVs, CD/DVD player, high speed internet access, cable television, and a charcoal barbeque grill. You'll find all the comforts of home and maybe a few extras.
Sunshine sits just steps from the beach boardwalk and has wonderful views of the Gulf from all the living areas. Morgantown also has two beautiful neighborhood swimming pools exclusively for the community, and a brand new pair of tennis courts, so bring your rackets! For the golfers in the group, the Morgantown community is just next door to the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards. And, just down the street is the Peninsula Golf Club with 27 perfectly manicured holes. Both resorts are truly world class. Please come and join us for the sand, surf, and fun! The beaches are magnificent, the golf is spectacular, and the restaurants are teriffic. There is an activity for every member of the family. RELAX ON THE BEACH: My goal is simple....to under-promise and to over-deliver on all of my beach rental properties. I want to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. I want you to feel the value you're getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! I pride myself on my many repeat customers. YOUR INVESTMENT: Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $45 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $75. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap. For your convenience, I can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
