Check in is 2:00 P.M. Check out by noon, except by special arrangement. Pets are welcome as long as they're clean and well-trained.
Swimming pool: Solar heating is included. Gas heating of spa/pool is available at extra charge.
Occupants: Rates are quoted based upon a maximum of 12 people. Additional charges may apply for more than 12 people.
Rental Payment: 50% at the time of reservation payable by check or money order. Balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Security Deposit: $500 refundable in 2-3 days after checkout.
Cleaning Fee: $150.00 cleaning fee.
Refunds
All reservations cancelled are subject to a cancellation charge of $100.00. For reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not rented for the reserved period. If the home is re-rented, all monies will be refunded less the $100.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be made for early departures or if number in party decreases.
