The condo sleeps ten comfortably and has two full baths: The lower bedroom contains 2 queen-size beds and 2 queen-size sleeper sofas are in a comfortable corner of the living room. A spiral staircase leads upward to an open (yet private) loft where the master suite, with a king-size bed, full bath and plenty of closet space, overlooks the enormity of this huge space! The tastefully decorated living area is dominated by the gorgeous floor-to-ceiling glass block wall and the recessed TV, stereo, and VCR/DVD equipped entertainment center. A breakfast nook dinette rounds out the view from above.
The fully equipped kitchen is simply one-of-a-kind. Tiled counters accompany every tool necessary for the practicing gourmet to create major works of art on a daily basis! And don't worry, the backyard chef won’t feel left out because a full-size gas grill and all the necessary utensils are included.
The beautiful and historic Chesapeake Bay beach is only ½ a block away and you can rinse off under the outdoor shower before going out or staying in. Lynnhaven Fish House on the pier, Lynnhaven Marina, and dozens of fine eateries are within walking distance of your front door and the nightlife at the resort area is only four miles away.
Pets and smoking are permitted at this property with a $200 non-refundable deposit.
