Heralded as one of the top 100 events in the country, the Neptune Festival is comprised of over 30 events taking place all summer long. The wine festival, Triathlon, 8k run, surfing competition, art, and the 100's exhibits AND not to leave out the beach bash. But this event is hightlighted and finalized by the Boardwalk Weekend. The Boardwalk Weekend features The North American Sand Sculpting Championship, youth day, the grand parade, sporting events, music (3 stages of entertainment), fireworks and, of course, food! - along the backdrop of Virginia Beach !
