Quiet Retreat in old neighborhood within a short walk to the beach. Retreat is amoung large fir trees at end of cul-
de-sac, across from a state owned and protected meadow. Lake is a five minute walk through quiet neighborhood to public beaches (not across 28). Huge driveway accomodates truck and boat. Coastguard launch is walking distance, though meadow trail.
