Come stay in a luxurious townhome [new construction] and enjoy 1800 square feet of living space plus lanais where you can enjoy outdoor dining and cooking on your gas grill while enjoying ocean views. All three suites have king size beds with pillow top mattresses. In the living room there is a sofa bed for the kids if needed. Each
bedroom is tastefully decorated with Asian, Tropical and Floral themes. Each room has it's own full bath with towels that color coordinate with the rooms. Each bedroom is equipped with cable and a flat screen TV. The home is equipped with high sppeed internet service for those last minute buisness matters and checking your e-mail. Enjoy the flat screen TV in the living room with DVD movies in the home for you to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with fiesta dishes and plenty of utensils. Seating in the dining area is for six as well as six on the lanai.
Enjoy mid week service on bookings of nine nights or more. This home was just completed in March be one of the first to enjoy it. All Bookings are a minimum of 4 nights speacial Holidays & events-Ironman, Christmas, New Years, ThanksGiving, Spring break, 4th ofJuly, Summer are a minimum of 5 nights. Cleaning fee of $200 & a $300 refundable deposit is required along with 50% of the total rental fee at time of booking. Total amount must be payed 1 week pror to arrival. Cancelation fee will be your deposit. Call for last minute or off season rates as low as 180/night. Custom rates are available for use of 1 or 2 bedrooms only. Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed booking.
