| Cancellation Policy: If Travel Insurance is purchased, please check with Travel Guard Insurance about refund should cancellation be necessary. If you choose to waive Travel Insurance we will do our best to re-rent your reserved property for the same rate and time period. All cancellations must be received in writing at which time the property will be made available to another guest. There is no refund unless the property is re-rented for the exact time period and same rate, at which time a $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged. Once a reservation is made and confirmed, if for any reason a change needs to be made on the same home, a $50.00 change may apply. If the change involves another property, it will fall under the cancellation policy. |

Perfect little cabin
We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Goose Cottage. The directions are very clear and it was easy to find. The cabin is perfectly stocked with blankets, sheets, the kitchen is very nice, and most of all we were very warm. My aunt and uncle are from California and so they were constantly cold - but not in the cabin. The way it is build - the heat is very very good. I look forward to another visit sometime in the future.

Peaceful Place to Stay
Blue Goose is very quaint and the surroundings are very peaceful. With all of the trails behind the property and beyond, this is a great place to ride your ATVs or hike, with plenty of wildlife. The owners are next door and are very accomodating and friendly - almost family! Plus, it's close to Deep Creek Lake and surrounding parks. No matter which place we stay at every year, the Offlake Rental Staff are very courteous and provide wonderful incentives and discounts because we are returning customers - which in this economic time goes a long way and helps tremendously when planning our vacations in the mountains. I would recommend this property as well as Offlake Rentals to anyone wanting a place off the beaten path in the mountains. More...
