With a private swimming pool, beautifully landscaped bricked courtyard, a private outdoor Jacuzzi, two private sitting areas, two master bedrooms, a third bedroom, a family room, a living room, two kitchens and two washers and dryers, this property offers the perfect setting for your family vacation.
Here is how this harmony of cottages is blended: Hidden in a private courtyard just off Duval St. is the Vintage Luxury Cottage, an elegant one bedroom cottage. The interior of the living room has open beam ceilings and is decorated and appointed with casual elegance. Tiled throughout with beautiful muted tile, the kitchen is a cooks dream—stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and even a professional wine cooler under the counter.
French doors open to a large outdoor deck with a wrought iron table and chairs. The outdoor seating area has a captivating view of the pool. Bedding for the cottage is a king size bed. The bathroom offers a large tiled shower. Stroll across the courtyard past the pool to a lattice fence gateway that leads to the back door of the Flamboyant Tree Cottage.
This recently restored historic cottage is believed to be one of the oldest cottages on the island. It has a vintage European rustic feel with wide planked polished wooden floors, open beamed ceilings, marble and bright blue tile, and wooden window shutters. Owners have painted interior wall colors with a dreamy muted olive, cream and gold. The butler-pantry style kitchen has an authentic European style ambiance and walls throughout the cottage are graced with original historic artwork from the anthropologist-owners private collection. The private courtyard with generous sized Jacuzzi makes an inviting intimate private outdoor area set in a side yard of the Flamboyant Tree Cottage. The front door of this cottage faces the street on Virginia St.
Bedding in the 2 main bedrooms of this cottage includes a king size bed and a queen size bed. The bedroom towards the courtyard side the cottage has a pretty outdoor sitting area for reading and lounging. The spacious family room offers a comfortable double bed sleeper futon to make a fourth private sleeping area.
A rare feature of this amazing property are two off street parking spaces—something not often found in Old Town Key West. However, once you arrive, park your cars and forget about them as you can walk or bicycle everywhere.
