Christmas and New Years Rates 2006-2007 December 22th to January 2nd. 5 night minimum stay. High season nightly rate plus $30 per night surcharge. No weekly discounts. 2 night deposit at the time of booking. 30 Day cancellation policy with a $100 cancellation fee if booking is cancelled at any time after the booking is made.
All other booking require a 1 night deposit - 14 day cancellation policy with a $50 fee. Rates and minimum stays may vary for Special Events and Holidays.
Tax is 11.5% and there is a $35 condominium fee per booking.
