The focal point of this 2nd floor condominium is the spacious private balcony that over looks the swimming pool and offers a birds-eye view of the swimming pool and tropical setting below. Perfect for sky gazing, we invite you to wile away the time enjoying the ever changing sky colors of sunrise, sunset and moon beams.
The interior layout of this property was designed to maximize privacy and enhance the opportunity to view the island setting below. The entrance door leads to the open living room- kitchen floor plan that flows to the outside sitting balcony. A dining bar integrates the cooking and lounging area to make an inviting entertaining area for the family or a group of friends.
The split design of this condo places each bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the common living areas to afford privacy. As you enter the unit, the larger master bedroom is off the right side. It has a king size bed and private full bathroom. The guest (or second bedroom) which has a queen size bed is off to the left side. The second full bathroom is off the hall on left side of the unit. This bath serves as a private bath to the guest bedroom, or shared bath, depending on your group configuration.
This condo has been recently enhanced with upgraded living room furnishings that include a new sofa (with queen sleeper) and a 27 inch stereo TV with VCR and DVD player in the living room, and TV's in each of the bedrooms. Additional upscale amenities include High Speed Wireless Internet Access.
Situated in one of the more desirable locations in the resort complex, this condo unit sits towards the back of the resort complex. It is located on the second floor which is reached from an elevator based in an attractive outdoor lobby area. The balcony of this unit was designed to keep it out-of-view from other condo balconies. Area and Activities: Located on the south east end of the island of Key West near Smathers Beach and the Salt Ponds Sanctuary Preserve. Walk to convenience store, restaurant, and office services. There are many restaurants in the immediate area to try, and Duval Street and Old Town Key West are just a few short minutes away by car or taxi. There is also a promenade style path that makes it fun and convenient to bike to Old Town. A bike ride to town takes 15 to 20 minutes.
Restrictions: Smoking permitted outside only. Only well behaved children are welcome. This property is not child-proof. We do not accept guests under 25 years of age unless accompanied by a family group or guardian. |
