If you are looking for a private yet spacious property in Old Town Key West with a large sunlit swimming pool in a lush landscaped tropical garden setting, this could be your perfect location. Comprised of “Amanda’s Dream Suites,“ a large renovated two story wooden home, “Coco’s Poolside Retreat, a more recently built three story town home, and Carriage Cottage, a newly renovated two story cottage, this gated property lends itself to a diverse usage. You can utilize “Amanda’s” by renting the entire home, or it may be possible to rent just the first or second floor as described below. “Coco’s” is designed to be utilized as a single family three story home. The "Carriage Cottage" is the perfect little 1 Bedroom 2-story 'love nest' property that also has a built in twin trundle bed on the first floor and sleeps up to 4. And if you have a larger group looking for a private destination resort setting, it is possible to rent "Amanda's"(#19792), "Coco's" (#19789), and "Carriage Cottage".

A special feature of this compound property is the large size of the 40' X 16' swimming pool. The pool is edged with irregular flag-stone rocks which gracefully "grow" into the beautifully landscaped garden. The garden has lovely sitting areas and the added feature of a peaceful pond. Just a few short blocks from the beach, this unique complex is located in Old Town Key West conveniently close to shopping, art galleries and restaurants. There is some off street parking and street parking is not metered.

Amenities: Large 40' X 16' feet swimming pool (no heat), lush landscaped tropical gardens, color cable TV's, a/c, stereo, telephone, 2 washer dryer units , linens and towels provided, fenced yard, large porches, four fully equipped kitchens. Property is well suited to stage a family reunion, gathering of friends, or wedding party. Great set up to stage family dinners. Activities: Conveniently located to grocery shopping, art galleries, French Country and Cuban cuisine, and a bagel shop with coffee bar. Close to the beach (a short walk), and 2 parks. Ride your bike to Duval Street and the Southern most point of the U.S. in less five minutes. Walk to Duval Street in 15 minutes.

Area: In Historic District of Key West. Five minute walk to the beach and 15 to 20 minute walk to Duval St. Beautiful, quiet area of Old Town in historic residential area.

Smoking permitted only outside please. No pets.
