Situated on the top (4th) floor, this upscale condo is "off the beaten path" and made very private with neighbors only on one side, and no-one above. The spacious balcony off the living room and master bedroom has a front-line view of the ocean, and entrance has an open view of the inviting round shaped pool out the front door balcony.

Inside, this property has exceptionally high-end ultra modernistic furnishings not generally found in a condominium rental. Geared for guests who appreciate custom made and high-end artistic furnishings, the living room features a beautiful Italian leather sofa and chair, and abstract art. European designed bedrooms include modern platform beds with unique built in "night lighting" and with matching deco dressers and side tables.

Travertine marble tile floors throughout the condo provide a sophisticated base for the new fully equipped kitchen that has all new stainless steel appliances, artistic lighting fixtures, and granite counter tops. Cabinets and counters also have beautiful ambient lighting for setting the perfect mood for cooking or relaxing.

The simple floor plan maximizes the use of space. The entrance leads to an open hallway with the kitchen - living room on the left and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the right. The kitchen and living room are beautifully divided with black granite top bar lined to height adjustable stainless steel bar stools and high fashion crystal blue lamps that dangle from the ceiling.

Bedrooms are stylistically furnished with a minimal design. The master bedroom offers a large queen bed with rail night lights, large flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. It has an added feature of a door that leads to the ocean view balcony. Custom clear glass doors face the shower in the master bath.

The second bedroom also has a custom queen bed with rail night lights, flat screen TV and bath with tub and shower combo. The second bath is right next door with a hall entrance. Each bedroom functions equally well as a master bedroom as they offer the same amenities and have their own bathrooms, making this property layout very comfortable for two couples who want privacy.

Other private amenities include a new stackable washer and dryer the hall, parking. Directly next to the building and visible from the front door entrance balcony is the large round swimming pool. Other grounds features include immaculately maintained mature tropical landscaping and large green lawns. Location features include close proximity to resort amenities, including close by restaurants and or course the beach. Easy to get to Old Town—and out of town...to see the rest of the "Fabulous Florida Keys".

This property has extremely high end furnishing not generally found in a rental property. This property is offered as an exclusive vacation in Key West—designed for renters looking for unique high-end modern decor. The property will not tolerate smoking inside. The property is ideal for one or two couples with discriminating tastes. An extremely well behaved child accustomed to respecting property of this caliber may be considered. But parents are advised that this property is far from "child-proof". We do not accept any guests less than 25 years of age unless accompanied by a family group or guardian. Absolutely no pets! Please don't ask.
