From the privacy of your own oceanfront home watch the sun rise over the ocean, walk along the beach, or watch your children play in the sand. Two open floor plans that have comfortable living areas, with ocean views in every room. First floor with indoor pool, hot tub, mini-kitchen with wet bar and kitchen counter, and a full-sized pool table. Second floor with gourmet kitchen, home theater with theater seats. Third floor is not for guest use. Swim from your own stretch of sandy beach or take a walk down to Little Island Park and Fishing Pier, with amenities such as a lifeguarded beach, a tennis court, a basketball court, playground, and a nearby restaurant. Expansive decks, wireless internet (bring your laptop), DVD, VCR, CD, Stereo, Large Screen TVs, gas grill, 2 refrigerators, 2 DW, ceiling fans, TVs in every bedroom. No Pets and No Smoking. Please Note: Indoor pool is designed for top windows to be opened during the warm season for fresh air. The Indoor pool and outdoor Hot Tub can be locked for the safety of your children. Due to construction, minor amenity changes may occur.
