Fifty percent (50%) of initial deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to your arrival. After receipt of the remaining 50% of rental charges no refunds of the total rental charges will be issued for cancellations made.

The dining table easily converts to a full size 4'x8' pool table, located in the dining area, and can easily switch to a table tennis table. Pool cues, paddles, and all balls, are included. Located on the back deck, the hot tub, which holds up to five people, gives a great view of the Sierra Mountains. The master bedroom suite is very spacious and sleeps up to four people with its king sized bed and queen sized futon. It has its own bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, separate shower, and gas fireplace. The den, the perfect place for children or young teens, contains two queen sized futons, a fireplace, and a video game compatible TV. This room is very open, allowing for a large number of people to sit around the tv and use it for viewing or gaming. The kitchen, with an island bar, is equipped with stainless steel appliances, filtered water, granite countertops with spacious oak cabinets. All appliances, utensils, dinnerware, glassware are brand new. The 35 inch TV in the living room area boasts surround sound audio speakers listening enjoyment. Computer w/ internet connection is also available.
