Additional Rate Information

3 night minimum

$250 non-refundable cleaning fee

$50 extra a night over holidays

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival date you will forfeit your total rental amount unless the same dates can be rebooked. If it can be rebooked you will be charged a 75.00 rebooking fee. A cancellation more than 60 days prior will receive a full refund of the rental amount.

No smoking, no pets. Rates do not include 8% sales & lodging tax.

Cancellation Policy: When cancelling outside the 60 day cancellation policy all funds you have paid are

refundable. When cancelling within the 60 day cancellation window the funds you

have paid are non refundable. We will try to rebook the dates you reserved and if

we can rebook them you will get a refund minus a $75.00 rebooking fee.

Rates do not include 7% sales & lodging tax.
