Our location and views are unbeatable in the area. Our 2BR and 3BR ultimate luxury vacation rentals combine the amenities you would expect from a resort hotel with the comfort and convenience of oversized condominium suites. We have ample parking and 24/7 gated security, private boat launch and docks, pool, spa, BBQ, etc. Some units also permit the use of 36’ or 40’ deep garages on site.

We can accommodate business travelers in need of corporate housing, as well as families, groups, or couples on a romantic getaway. A superior value compared to hotel rooms - our condominiums are more spacious and cost effective than multiple hotel rooms. An entire family or group can be exceptionally comfortable with state of the art stainless steel appliances, Jacuzzi tubs, fully equipped kitchens for at home dining and separate area for living, dining and sleeping, a washer and dryer is also provided.
You will find unparalleled comfort with daily, weekly, and monthly rates. A minimum three day stay is required.
Laughlin, Nevada/Bullhead City, Arizona is a wonderful place to take a vacation, whether you are interested in golf, low and high stakes gambling, or wish to experience the beauty of the dessert, fine and casual dining, shopping, and of course, every water sport you can imagine.
The casinos are directly across from our complex and can be accessed by the water taxi, which stops at our docks to ferry you to your destination. We can also help coordinate your golf package and Sea Doo rentals.

We are located along the Colorado River near the southern tip of the Nevada-Arizona border directly across the river from the River Palms Casino.
From Phoenix:
US 93 north to I-40 west through Kingman. Take the Bullhead City / Las Vegas exit and turn right at the signal at the end of the exit ramp. Continue west taking the Highway 68 ramp toward Bullhead City / Laughlin. Highway 68 merges into AZ-95. Continue on AZ-95. Turn right on 6th St., 6th St. becomes Moser Ave. End at check-in office, 250 Moser Ave., Bullhead City, AZ 86429-5210.

From Southern California:
I-15 north to Barstow; I-40 east to Needles, CA. Exit on River Road cutoff, turn north for 22 miles on Needles Highway to Casino Drive and continue to the end just past the Riverside Casino then turn Right on to Laughlin Bridge/Bullhead City Parkway. Turn Right at next Traffic Signal onto Topock-Davis Dam Rd / AZ-95. Turn right on 6th St., 6th St. becomes Moser Ave. End at check-in office, 250 Moser Ave., Bullhead City, AZ 86429-5210.

From Las Vegas:
Interstate 515, US 93/95 south through Las Vegas towards Boulder City. After passing through Henderson and the railroad pass, take ramp and turn right onto US 95 south toward Searchlight/Laughlin for 55 miles. Turn left onto NV 163. Head east for 19 miles. Continue to Laughlin Bridge/Bullhead City Parkway. Turn right on 6th St. 6th St., becomes Moser Ave. End at check-in office 250 Moser Ave., Bullhead City, AZ 86429-5210.
