Our philosophy is simple... we offer a beautiful house at a reasonable rate, and our guests come back again and again.
Season Friday - Sunday Monday - Thursday
Spring (Apr 14 - June 12) $350 per night $300 per night
Summer (June 15 - Sep 6) $425 per night $325 per night
Fall (Sep 7 - Nov 18) $350 per night $300 per night
Ski Season (Nov 19 - Apr 13) $500 per night $425 per night
Cleaning fee is $90 for your stay.
City's TOT tax of 6% will be added to rental amount.
Full-week stay: 20% Discount for full-week stay (excludes holidays).
Christmas: (12/17/2007 - 12/26/2007): $690 per night.
New Years: (12/27/2007 - 1/1/2008): $770 per night.
Other holidays: Weekend rate plus a $50 per night premium applies.
There is a $35 booking fee on all of our cabins.

Complete Amenities
This spacious multi-level mountain home offers great privacy. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is 3 blocks from the lake, and is close to the Village and Snow Summit. The beautiful stonework and lots of wood inside will give you that true "mountaintop" experience. The downstairs living area with a large stone fireplace, wetbar, a foosball table and plenty of seating will be a natural gathering place. Just a few steps up there is an open, bright parlor area with lots more seating. The kitchen is "open" and bright. Adjacent to that is a nice formal dining area. This cabin is fully furnished with the conveniences of a microwave, gas stove/oven, large refrigerator, cable TV, CD/Stereo, VCR, DVD, washer/dryer (available upon request for longer stays), cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, blender, sheets, towels, and phone.
3 Comfortable Bedrooms & 2.5 Bathrooms
The master bedroom suite has a California king-size bed, a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub, phone, cable TV and its own fireplace. This room alone is larger than some of the "cabins" in Big Bear. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and cable TV The third bedroom has a double/single bunkbed, a double bed and a crib. The loft area has a comfortable sleeper sofa. And another comfortable sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room provides the sleeping for up to 13 people in five separate sleeping areas.
Large Spa Room with Hot Tub and Game Table
You will enjoy the large hot-tub in the spacious and private spa room. With the skylights and windows wrapping all around you'll feel like you are outside, but won't be at the mercy of the weather. There is also a game table for all you card players.
Deck With A View and Large Back Yard
There is a large deck wrapping around the side and back of the house, giving you lots of privacy. There is a picnic table and you can enjoy a barbeque or just relax and watch the squirrels playing amongst all the trees. And the large backyard has a horseshoe pit.
Plenty of Parking
With both regular and circular driveways there is plenty of parking for up to four cars. And best of all, its flat so you won't have to worry about slipping and sliding in the snow!

Enjoy the privacy of a beautiful three-bedroom spaceous house for your next vacation. Say no to hotels or resort lodging. Nestled in the beautiful community of Big Bear Lake, this house is ideally located for year-round outdoor activities, such as skiing, water skiing, hiking, mountain biking, boating, fishing, off-roading, horseback riding, and shopping.
Only a few blocks from the largest lake in Southern California, there is convenient access to a myriad of water sports. The lake is stocked with trout and bass during the year, providing exceptional fishing during the spring, summer, and fall months. All types of boat rentals are available ranging from catamarans to canopy boats to jet skis.
During the winter, Big Bear Lake is home to the absolute best skiing in Southern California. Ski areas such as Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, and Snow Valley, all within close proximity, provide a tremendous variety of challenges to skiers of all skill levels. Snow Summit is a 5-minute drive from your doorstep.
And any time of the year is a good time for the unique shopping experience of Big Bear Village, less than a mile from your vacation home.
