Unit comes fully furnished with a Queen size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest bedroom, sofa and even a inflatable queen size mattress for the surprise guest staying over. Walking distance to beach is less than 3 minutes from the front door to the Gulf of Mexico. Beach has full snack bar and restrooms. Walking distance to St Pete Beach landmark restaurants, PJ's Seafood & Oyster Bar, Woody's and Philthy Phils & Oystercatchers.

3-night minimum stay.
Taxes 12%, cleaning fee $85 and security deposit $250 may apply.
25% Deposit required to reserve time-slot. Non-refundable 14 days prior to rental period. Rent payable in FULL 14 days prior to rental period. Weekly rentals are for 7 days, discount available for multiple weeks or monthly rentals.

Deposit: $250- refunded once keys have been returned.
