This is a luxury townhome with every imaginable amenity. There are three bedrooms up stairs as well as a loft. The fourth bedroom doubles as a den or playroom and has a pullout sleeper sofa . There are four levels allowing privacy for everyone. The maximum occupancy is 10. This is a great condo for adults and children and is close to many restaurants as well as movie theatres and shopping. The bus stops at the entrance to the complex to pick up skiers and delivers then to the lifts at The Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley. This is a home away from home for those who want luxury and comfort.

There will is a $150.00 cleaning fee as well as applicable tax on the rental. $500.00 deposit will secure reservation
and is non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of the date of arrival. 50% of the total payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and the remaining payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment of no fees are refundable if reservation is not cancelled within 30 days of arrival date.
The deposit will be returned if the reservation is honored and there is no damage to the property.
