Euchella House is perfect for family reunions and other group gatherings. It comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests in 6 bedrooms with 3 full baths and 2 half baths. This spacious 3-story home ensures plenty of privacy and comes with 3 kitchens, a deluxe sauna and a quality decor that includes A/C, washer, dryer, satellite TV/VCR, CD player and an unparalleled view of the Great Smokys and Lake Fontana.
Euchella Mountain / Lake Cabins is perfect for family reunions, group gatherings, or individuals who set their own boundaries. Our backyard is enclosed by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Nantahala National Forest, and Lake Fontana. Euchella’s front door opens to an exciting world of mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking, swimming, fishing, alpine skiing, lake sports, and a wide variety of whitewater sports, including rafting, canoeing, and kayaking. We proudly host an intimate and accommodating range of lodging options including lodge rooms, lakeside cottages, cabins and spacious mountain view houses in which you are urged to make yourself at home. Relaxed is the standard, while conveniences like kitchen facilities, nearby restaurants, a deluxe sauna, and an on-site mountain bike rental service all work to provide enjoyment.

During certain times of the year, Euchella House can be divided and rented in smaller sub-units comprised of Dave's Studio, Baxter's Den, and the Suite.
Dave’s Studio, named after long-time friend and employee David Hughes, has been a great favorite with our guests. The comfortably furnished Studio holds one queen and two twin beds, a private kitchen, and adjoining living room area.

Baxter’s Den, once home of the legendary Brillo Bill Baxter, offers another alternative for those guests who prefer to have their own kitchen. The Den has a queen bed and a private bath, and an extra bedroom with two twin beds.

Euchella Suite, always a popular choice, is ideal for groups of four to six. is a Cherokee word meaning shapeshifter.
It was also an area near present day Euchella Mountain / Lake Cabins that was used by the US Army as a staging area for the infamous Trail of Tears.
