This brand new beach house is located in a very desirable area of Long Beach Island, located just far enough from the crowd to give you more of a peaceful experience, but close enough to all the major attractions and shopping. The private beach entrance is just steps away, with a lifeguard on duty throughout the summer. The home is reverse-living with the living room, kitchen, and dining area all on the upper floor. There is a large flat -screen TV for your family enjoyment with DVD, and comfortable seating for all. You will also find a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with Cape Cod-style cabinetry, all new appliances, and Granite counter tops. The spacious, open floor plan and cathedral ceilings give this home a light and airy feel. The owner has worked very closely with the architect to accomplish the charm and character one would find in a coast guard station, down to the lit stairs throughout the house, and the Cape Cod-style light fixtures on the exterior and interior spaces.
