Moab Retreat House was newly constructed in 1999 with a majestic view of all of Moab, Arches National Park and the Red Rock cliffs surrounding Moab Valley. Uniquely designed for groups, retreats and family reunions, this guest house offers a comfortable environment with all the amenities of home. Only minutes from surrounding National Parks, the Colorado River, bike and jeep trails and downtown Moab Utah, it is perfect for your family vacation or retreat. Rent by the night or by the week, this is an affordable way to enjoy all of what the Red Rock country offers. This is a nonsmoking facility (allowed outside only please). This is a "Whole House Rental".

The Upstairs includes three bedrooms, two and one half baths, fully equipped kitchen, living room, Bedrooms include a Master bedroom with queen bed, private bath and jetted garden tub, second bedroom has queen bed and shares a full bath. Third bedroom has one full sized bed and two twin sized beds. Large deck with BBQ over looking moab and surrounding red rocks, Cable, VCR and phones in unit.

Each bedroom has private lock and key.

Downstairs includes two Bedrooms. Bedrooms share one full bath. Includes fully equipped kitchen and private patio. These two bedrooms may be rented seperately or or as part of the upstairs bedrooms at a reduced price.

Come and enjoy this new townhouse style guest house with its' magnificent view of moab from every window. Nestled high on a hill and in a quiet residential setting yet close to everything. Large rear deck is great for dining and enjoying the sights. Washer & dryer facilities, cable, VCR, phones and safe bike storage are all on the premises.

Property Activities

Moab Utah has a number of tourist attractions within the area. In fact Moab revolves around its tourism. People come from all over the world to see the red rock cliffs, the Colorado and Green Rivers and fascinating arches. The tourism in Moab is comprised of mountain biking, hiking, river rafting, jeep expeditions and many more. In the summertime, the valley is like a museum of RVs, Jeeps and rental cars with random license plates. Many residents of Moab were simply traveling through the area and never left. So take a look around this beautiful country and see why it is so world renown!

Arches National Park Is located just on the north corner of Moab, Utah as you drive through highway 191 off of I-70. Arches National Park is full of beautiful views and incredible rock formations. Home of Delicate Arch which is the background of most Utah license plates.

Canyonlands National Park Is located just south of Moab, Utah on highway 313. This national park is much like the more well known Grand Canyon. Full of red rock cliffs, deep valleys and the winding Colorado and Green Rivers which meet in the center of the park.Dead Horse Point State Park is actually on overlook of Canyonlands.

SlickRock Is the place where most of Moab's "sprocketheads" spend their time. Its like a huge bmx ramp with better grip than the pavement on the roads. Although amateur bikers are welcome, be advised that SlickRock is truly a test of endurance and strength and can be extremely challenging. It has been called the "Mecca of mountain biking."

Newspaper Rock Recreational Site Is a collection of petroglyphs some up to 1000 years old. These designs were made by the prehistoric indians of the era, early Ute Indians and some by early white settlers.

Lake Powell Is a popular vacation spot for many local Utahns and tourists worldwide. It is 186 miles long with 1800 miles of shore line. It has 5 marinas were boats can either be rented or brought in.
