Pine Tree House is a beautiful large 2 reception, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached property situated in Bampfield Street, Niagara Falls. Minutes away from all Niagara Falls major attractions - 20 minute drive to Niagara-On-The-Lake.
This is a spacious, tastefully decorated, well equipped property. A look at the location and photographs will show this wonderful property for what it is.
Two of the bedrooms upstairs are individually controlled with gas fires and air-conditioning. Both have En-Suites with walk-in showers, one has a jacuzzi bath. The third bedroom and bathroom is downstairs.
It has a large fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, oven-toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, dishes and kitchen utensils. (Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board) All bed-linen and towels supplied.
Outside it has a spacious back-yard with a 6-person private hot-tub, propane grill, decking, patio area. Lots of car parking space. $1300.00 Cad per week - 2 adults accompanied by up to 4 children under 16 year
Additional adults $200 per week
No allowance is given for the absence of children as the rate is based on 2 adults staying, the 4 children staying are free of charge and cannot be replaced by adults without the additional adult charge.
