Property Information
Abalu Cottage is a spacious, modern, tastefully designed and decorated house. It is surrounded by professionally landscaped gardens and sits in a quiet residential part of the old town.
The open concept of the living-dining area is ideal for entertaining large numbers of family or friends. Wedding reception, family reunions, convention groups, etc, where everybody will feel at home yet not crowded. For a reception, this house can easily hold up to 60 guests.
Abalu Cottage is an elegant, luminous, well- equipped house with two sitting areas, a fabulous oversized gourmet kitchen totally equipped with the latest appliances, all the dishes and utensils you can imagine. A dining area with its elegant dining table that can sit up to 10 people
It has two beautiful sitting areas: one furnished in a Victorian style overlooking the front garden and the other one furnished in a very modern style (a flat, modern fire place is here) looking at the magnificent back garden through floor to ceiling windows.
It has four large, elegant bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms and a powder room -- every one fully equipped with first quality linens and towels.
A deck adjacent to the house is furnished with Tlakepake furniture. It has a covered roof, where you can enjoy the fresh air and the aroma of garden flowers, have breakfast, lunch or dinner or just sit and chat.
Outdoor Living: the back garden is enormous, yet private. It is fenced by mature cedar trees and has two open patios across from the fishpond. The patio/deck is equipped with two gas B.B.Qs., garden chairs, and tables. You can enjoy and entertain on the deck or at the opposite site among pine and pear trees. You will enjoy the landscape.
This house doesn’t lack any comfort or luxury. It is fully air conditioned and heated. It has laundry facilities, washer, dryer, iron, iron board, TVs, DVD/VCR payer, Stereo, etc.
The driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars or a limousine or recreational vehicle.
Located 7 blocks away from the main street, the theatres, restaurants, the golf course, the water front, and all the amenities of town. This luxurious property will make your vacation unforgettable

Rates apply to a maximum of 8 guests. Additional charge of $50.00 per person per night will be applied.
Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday depending upon availability
