The location of our 3 condos in Sports Village is just the place to satisfy your Southern Utah Cravings! Whether you're golfing, hiking, shopping or just relaxing, you will absolutely LOVE staying in one of our St. George Condos! If you are in need of more than one unit, two are located in the same building. All of our condos are close in proximity, but comfortably far apart!
The St. George area boasts of 11 golf courses, Sunbrook being the closest to our unit. You'll marvel at the breathtaking scenery that surrounds St. George, including Bryce Canyon, Zion's National Park and Snow Canyon. This "Red Rock Corner" of Utah is dotted with historical sites, shopping malls and outlet stores, popular restaurant chains and, especially, the wonderfully warm Dixie Sunshine! Same-day road trips might include hopping through the casinos in Las Vegas or Mesquite Nevada, sight-seeing at The Grand Canyon or attending Tuacahn's "Broadway in the Desert" outdoor live amphitheater.
Including new paint, tile and carpet throughout, each condominium has been recently remodeled. Enjoy the fresh, new feel they have to offer! Each unit features two bedrooms, with queen-sized beds, and queen-sized sofabeds in the great room. This set-up makes all 3 units perfectly comfortable for 6 guests. The bathroom in each condo is spacious with lots of counterspace and mirrors all around. They have a rain shower and garden tub, ideal for either soaking or splashing!
Each condo has air conditioning, cable TV, VCR/DVD, and covered parking. The washer and dryer, located within each unit, are also included in your rental. Linens are provided and there is a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Two units have a private patio off the back, where the grill is located; the other unit has a walk-out patio, with a grill, for year-round bar-b-quing. This walk-out patio also leads to the playground and common areas - ideal if you are traveling with small children!
For the comfort of all of our guests, each unit is a "No Smoking, No Pets" condominium.
You won't want to confirm with another condominium owner until you've talked to us; we've had some very pleased guests and would like to make you one of them!
