Beach Information: 12 Beach passes are included with the rental (Any additional passes needed can be purchased at Beach entrance on Washington Ave-for day or by the week) Property Management is not responsible for any personal possessions lost and or stolen, any injury beyond the normal scope within the property, injury sustained while swimming and or engaging in water sports, while at the beach etc. ~ Upon check-out guests are expected to: Remove all bed linens, comforters and coverings from all beds. Broom sweep floors Remove all waste materials from all garbage cans, including glass and bottles, and place in proper garbage receptacles outside. Clean and store all dishes, utensils, etc. (empty and put away clean items from the dishwasher) If extensive cleaning is needed by property management require additional charges. Vacate premises leaving it in a neat and tidy condition.-by 11 Please Note: $200.00 will be deducted from your security deposit for cleaning.
