Custom designed and built with the vacationer in mind, it takes advantage of the panoramic views of Sandbridge from this three-story "cottage". Don't worry - there is an elevator too. The game room on the 1st floor (with a view of the indoor pool) includes foosball, ping-pong and other amusement delights. Parents, please note the pool area can be locked for safety of young children when not in use. The billiard table and entertainment center on the 2nd floor overlook, with a fixed window, the enclosed pool on the ground floor. On the 3rd floor you will enjoy the living room, dining room, library and media room as well as a fabulous entertainment kitchen featuring a long breakfast bar with plenty of room for onlookers. 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves w/ovens, 2 sinks and 2 refrigerators make this kitchen equipped for more than one great chef. Some other amenities to make your stay more pleasurable are a poolside bar with refrigerator, billiard room wet bar, 2 laundry rooms, full bath adjacent to the indoor pool, private bathrooms for each bedroom, 3 whirlpool tubs, 2 bathtubs and 4 showers. Exterior family fun activities include multi level decking, a hammock, grill, outside shower and storage for beach stuff in the garage. Along with an Indoor Pool for rainy days, you have your own private Outdoor Pool for soaking in the sun!! Top Sail features all new designer furnishings, and the cool breeze atmosphere of the islands. You'll have smooth sailing in the Top Sail.

Outdoor Pool not available during Off Season, however, as a courtesy pool use is extended "at no extra charge" from 5/3 -10/18/08. Linens provided for arrivals beginning 5/17 - 9/13/08 (not included during Off Season, but may be rented for $287).
