Property Information

Conifer Heights is a family owned vacation rental with a private beach on Schroon Lake that’s ready to be your home away from home. Nestled in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York and only five minutes to the Northway State Route 87 (exit 25), it's a perfect getaway for any time of the year. Completely updated and renovated in 2006, this spacious home has three levels to choose from. The North level has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 14 guests. The Central level has two bedrooms, sleeps up to 12 guests, and features a large living room as well as a hearth room with a fireplace. The South Level has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests.

Each level of this retreat, with its own separate entrance, is fully furnished with a fully equipped modern kitchen, full bathroom, living room, washer/dryer, outside fire ring, and BBQ Grill.

We recommend you make your reservation early as rentals fill up quickly. Payment can be made by credit cards, personal checks, cash, money order, wire transfer, or travelers check. Because our rental is based upon a "first come first served" basis, we suggest that deposits be made by credit card for its convenience, security, and expediency. Deposits are due at the time of your reservation. The rental balance is due 10 days before check-in.

REFUND POLICY: If cancellation is received 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you are entitled to a refund less a 10% service charge of the total rental.

If we are booked for a time period that you are interested in, please contact as we may have availability in one of our other properties.

SPRING – SUMMER - FALL

A spring, summer, or fall visit to the Adirondacks comes with a wealth of things to do. Schroon Lake Village shopping, public beach and boat launch are all within walking distance. Schroon Lake is over 9 miles long so bring along your boat or rent one for all types of pleasure boating, skiing or fishing. Only five minutes away, Natural Stone Bridge and Caves (stonebridgeandcaves.com) has been a favorite of Nature Lovers and their families. Enjoy a day exploring and see Trout Brook cascade through unusual rock formations before plunging beneath historic Ponte de Dios (Bridge of God). 500 feet downstream, it emerges into Artist's Gorge through several caves, including: Echo Cave, Garnet Cave, and the Cave of the Lost Pool. Best remembered is the Noisy Cave, where the roaring river disappears beneath your feet! Abundant mountain biking trails can be found for any level of thrill (bikeadirondacks.org).
