The long walk out dock wanders through the undisturbed mangrove tidal flats where many of our native species can be spotted like the great white heron, ibis, egret and spoonbills.This home is decorated in peaceful ocean blues and greens with plenty of room for the group to gather. A full library of fiction and non-fiction books is provided for hours of enjoyment and a great billiards table is available for hours of fun. Two large bedrooms with private baths are located on the first floor with a wonderful master suite on the 2nd level with private bath, sitting room and private deck. Although the home is private and secluded -- it is just a quick drive to Key West to experience all the wonders the southernmost city has to offer. Additional Rate Information* Rates are subject to change and may be higher during holidays, lobster season, and special events.* Minimum lengths of stay may be required. 28 DAY RULE Unless otherwise specified, rental periods must be for a minimum of 28 days, in accordance with Monroe County, Florida's vacation rental law. TAXES All vacation rentals will be taxed on rent and cleaning fees; State Sales Tax (7.5%) & Monroe County Tourist Development Tax (4%) totaling 11.5% tax. UTILITIES All monthly vacation rentals will be charged utilities (water & electric) and cleaning fees in addition to rent. PAYMENTS Deposits and subsequent payments are accepted in the form of personal checks. 50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival; full balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice and that seasonal and holiday events may be higher. CANCELLATIONS 60 days prior to arrival, deposits refunded in full. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival date, a $45.00 administrative fee will be retained. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE Arrival time is 3:00 pm; departure is 11:00 am.
